چکیده

women which comprise half of the population of the world is one of the indexes of development. hence the level 'of women employment can be an effective element in upgrading the economic and cultural development of our nation. unfortunately if the men employment faces with problems which does it has multiple effect (1il women employment. the women have been kept away from employment scene for-several different pretexts. the discriminatory procedures-of entering for certain job sector for women, •the lack of specific skills and expertise, and the preventive attitude of employers in women employment due to high cost are a few problems which exists in the teahouse of women employment. in iran, according to 1365 census the rate of women participation has been decreased. one of the main reason for this decrease which is due to increase in the level of their education has been analyzed in this article. women intensive employment of certain economic. sectors is also another factor in this arena the women are centered more in scientific and speialized sectors. the development theories in general and the infereme that third world countries due to cultural economic attributes should utilize more of the women in specific is been suggested. the women employment even in developed countries have proven to be discriminatory. information about certain developed countries such as japan about the status of women.
